Nearly Finished!

So close to a finish I can taste it! Just have a tiny bit of a page left, another leaf or so and; done! Here's where I'm at right now: Who needs food and sleep right? I should just spend all 24 hours of my day stitching until I cross the finish line 😂 Feeling Fall in the air (at least I will be soon) I also had the irresistable temptation to pick up one of my Fall wip's. I decided to pick up J is for Jack-O-Lantern by Prairie Schooler. Made some nice progress on that lovely pumpkin. Here's what it looks like now: Pretty nice, right? Love that shape. Also, the fabric that my Q-Snap is resting on is a project bag that my Mother made for me. You can never go wrong with polka dots.  Happy Stitching!  Marisol

August Oranges

I can't believe that it's already August. Time is just flying by this year! Pleased to report that I have a page finish 🥳  Which makes this current page I'm working on the last page of the chart.  Here's what the Tangerines look like right now: Moving between the dark and creamy orange colored floss is so great.  My plans are, that after I finish this wip, I'll move on to one of my Fall themed wip's. That way I'll have something seasonal done by the time I (hopefully) get another finish.  Happy Stitching! Marisol

Wednesday Tangerines

Hello again, cross stitch people.  Since my last update, much progress has been made on the tangerine to the far left. Currently, his leaf is in the process of appearing in all its leafy beauty. The stem has started to take shape too.  I sense a page finish in my near future!  Also, a reminder- I have no control over myself when it comes to buying a new projects.  Stash alert: The shading in this kit is incredible. Luca S hasn't disappointed me yet. Look at those soulful eyes. Who could resist them? Going to employ just a bit of self control, however, by not starting this one until I finish one of my other wip's. (It also helps that I've run out of empty project bags.) Happy Stitching! Marisol
